What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We understand that not all attendees who purchase an admission will be able to attend. To help us best accommodate the needs of all attendees and our planning staff, we ask that you read the following cancellation and refund policy before purchase of your registration. You may request a full refund if you send in writing, along with your electronic receipt of purchase, prior to May 15th, 2017. You will receive the full refund less a service fee of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars). No refunds, only credit towards future events, will be granted to those requesting refunds after May 26th, 2017. Refunds will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation requests will be processed within 3 weeks of the completion of the event, if not sooner. All refund requests should go to email@example.com.
